This one day working retreat is specifically curated for entrepreneurs dedicated to strengthening the foundation of their business financially, strategically, and structurally. We’ll deep dive into mapping out your support systems & develop a solid strategy for reaching your business goals while gaining access to tools to take home + post event container for inspiration and accountability.
This small group session will guide you through:
• Strategically identifying, naming, and prioritizing your goals
• Introduction to financial planning + forecasting
• Community + mentor pitching
• Creation of a quarterly and seasonal strategy map to help you move into action with your goals
• Introduction to by design daily flow mapping
