This was an experimental expression of modified modern contemporary, improv, and flow state. I selected two songs that felt they had story tied to my association of how my roots have grown and found movement patterns to move the views to feel something. I wanted to take up space, experiment with the dynamicness of the cement floor and wide open space and used momentum, and internalization to push-pull-fake throughout space. In motion, I felt the polarities of lightness + density that my body holds - and felt wordless sentences lubricating my limbs.
