Live, in person 4 session group mentorship held at SolPath Wellness in San Diego October - December 2025.

The OPEN Mentorship is available for individuals who desire to dive deeper into their intimacy, healing + relational journey with guided support.

This mentorship container is a dedicated space to help you move towards living a more connective, authentic, and pleasure centered life. OPEN is a space for learning more about your own unique desires, language, and connection to all the layers of intimacy and will empower you to understand and embody greater agency, expression, and confidence in connecting with others around pleasure, play + love. Sessions include guided exploration of topics, somatic practices + workshopping of connective tools in a space designed to move each individual towards better embodiment and bravery to live life more intimately.

Mentees will have the opportunity to sign up for 1:1 sessions throughout the experience to dive deeper into understanding their own blocks, shame, fear, and pain points so that they can design and practice living a life with more fullness, joy, and curiosity.

This mentorship runs every other week over the course of (4) sessions. Sessions are designed to be held in person at the SolPath Wellness office and all will have access to an online portal for resources, prework, reflection, aftercare, and community conversations.

Week 1: Self x Intimacy (Tuesday, October 21st, 7PM PT)
Week 2: You + Me x Intimacy (Tuesday, November 4th, 7PM PT)
Week 3: Creativity x Intimacy (Tuesday, November 18th, 7PM PT)
Week 4: Physical x Intimacy (Tuesday, December 2nd, 7PM PT)
